If you need to use the computer keyboard to enter texts in the desktop client, please tap on the search bar and the AirDroid Keyboard will be automatically enabled.
Note: If your devices are non-rooted, Android 7 or above and also enabled Accessibility, you need to manually enable AirDroid Keyboard for entering texts on your devices.
1. Open your desktop client > select your device to use Remote Control > tap on the keyboard icon.
2. After that, it will switch to Manage on-screen keyboards, please tap on Manage keyboards (or Virtual Keyboard) to enable AirDroid Keyboard as the screenshot.
Note: If it does not switch to the Settings, please go to Settings > System > Language & input > Virtual Keyboard and enable AirDroid Keyboard.
The settings may vary due to different Android OS version and device models.
3. After that, go back to the app you need to enter texts and tap on the keyboard icon again.
Then, select the AirDroid Business Keyboard and tap on the search bar or word document.
It will show "AirDroid Keyboard Ready" and you can start to enter texts on your devices.
Note: If it shows "AirDroid Keyboard Disconnected", please type on your PC and see if you can enter texts.
