In Kiosk mode, Bluetooth pairing and settings are restricted so that the end-user will not be able to connect to any unwanted Bluetooth device.
If you wish to pair a device in the field with a Bluetooth device
- Exit the Kiosk Mode on the device
Please refer to How to exit the Kiosk Mode? - Remote control into the device via Desktop Client or Admin Console
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth on your device
- Pair your Bluetooth device (the Bluetooth needs to be ON and ready to pair)
- After that, reactivate the Kiosk Mode
If you wish to enable or disable the Bluetooth status of the device
Go to Admin Console > Kiosk > Config File > Edit > Device Limitation > General to modify the Bluetooth setting
