The Monitor feature gives you a bird's-eye view of all your remote device screens and status in real-time.
You can set up Alerts with email notifications for constant awareness of your devices and troubleshoot at the instant when problems arise.
Note: The Monitor feature is available for devices with Biz Daemon version 22.214.171.124 or newer installed.
To fully utilize this function, please upgrade to the Ultimate or Enterprise plan.

How do I access these templates in the Admin Console Dashboard?
1. Add Template
If you do not have any templates in your dashboard, go to Devices > Monitor > Add Template
If you have a template in the dashboard, you can also tap on Add Template under the search bar.
2. Select your template
You can select any templates that can help you quickly identify the status of your devices.
3. Monitor Android device status with different templates
General Indicators provide a general view of Online Status, Storage, Battery capacity, and battery status for all enrolled devices.
A. Online Status:
When you tap on the pie chart, you can check which devices are online or offline under See Details.
You are able to monitor the online status of specific devices and what device group they belong to.
B. Offline time:
When you tap on the specific spot on the linear chart, you can check how many devices are offline at a specific time.
C. Storage Available
Oversee the available storage of your devices.
For example, if you tap See Details on the specific range of storage, 23 - 46G for example, you will see the available storage of the particular devices that are within that range.
D. Battery Capacity
Oversee the battery capacity of all your devices.
When you tap on See Details under a specific battery capacity (e.g. 60 - 80%), you will see the devices that fall within that battery capacity.
E. Battery Charging
Monitor how many devices are being charged or discharged.
When you tap on See details for Charging, you can identify the exact device that is plugged into the power source.
F. Battery Temperature
Oversee the battery temperature of all your devices.
When you tap on the specific battery temperature, for example, 30 - 40℃, you can identify which devices are within the range of 30 - 40℃ temperature.
Device Network helps you check the network details and data usage of your devices.
A. Device Network
If you need to identify which devices are using mobile data, please tap on See Details.
B. Device Network Signal
Check the quality of the network signal on your devices, please tap on See Details.
You can identify which devices have a Good network signal.
C. Data Usage Trend for today (By time ranges)
Oversee the data usage (both Wi-fi and cellular data) of all your devices within 24 hours.
Please grant Biz Daemon AMS permissions for collecting app usage data
Android 6.0 below devices are not supported
When you tap on See Details, you can oversee the data usage and top 5 data-consuming apps of your devices in a specific time range. (e.g. 8:00 - 10:00 am)
D. Data Usage Overview (By Devices)
When you scroll down to the bottom, it allows you to have a general view of today's data usage on your devices.
Biz Daemon Status helps you understand the Biz Daemon versions installed on your devices and the status of device management permissions.
A. Biz Daemon Version
Provides an overview of what Biz Daemon versions are installed on your device.
When you tap on a chart sector (e.g. v126.96.36.199), you will see how many devices have installed this version, the device models, and what groups they are in.
B. Biz Daemon Permission
Provides a general view and identification of granted permissions on your devices.
When you tap on Check details, for Remote Control as an example, you can pinpoint which devices need adjustment
Details provide a listed view to oversee your enrolled devices with multiple information, often suitable for IT Admins.
Allows you to configure the preferred columns to display in the dashboard.
Add app process: This allows you to upload apps and monitor if it is running properly on the device.
Note: This feature only supports Android 7 or below.
Device Map helps you locate your Android devices, whether it's attended or unattended.
When you tap on a specific device, the current location will appear, you can then perform other maintenance tasks using features such as Lock Device, Factory Reset, and App List.

The Screenshot allows you to see the screen display of your attended or unattended Android devices.
To view the screen of your devices in a vertical or horizontal position, you can select Portrait, Landscape, or Free mode.
You can also rotate the screen of your devices and use the Full-screen mode.
When you move the cursor next to the specific device, you can rotate or refresh the screenshot of the particular device.
After tapping on the specific device, it allows you to view the device information and the current screenshot.
The camera allows you to capture the current image via the device's front or rear camera.
If you need to view the screen of your devices in a vertical or horizontal position, you can select Portrait, Landscape, or Free mode. You can also switch the front or rear camera to capture an image.
Going forward, you can rotate the screen of your devices and use the Full-screen mode.
When you move the cursor next to a specific device, you can rotate or refresh the current image taken from the front or rear camera. You can also switch to a different camera and take images.
After tapping on a specific device, it allows you to view the device information and the current image of the camera.
Screenshot & Camera gives you access to the device's camera and screen so that IT managers can have a comprehensive understanding of the device's status.
When you move the cursor next to the specific device, you can rotate or refresh the screenshot of the particular device. You can switch the camera to take images from the front or rear camera.
After that, it allows you to view the device information, the current image of the camera, and the screenshot of your devices.
