When you start your subscription using in-app purchases on your iOS device, you can manage your subscription with Apple. You can:
- See when your subscription will renew automatically
- Choose monthly, quarterly, or annual billing
- Cancel your subscription
How to manage subscription on the iOS device:
Go to your iOS device, Settings > Apple ID > Subscription then you can see all your subscriptions. If you can't see your subscription in it, make sure you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.
When you start your subscription using in-app purchases on your Android device, you have to manage it in Play Store. You can:
- See when your subscription will renew automatically
- Cancel your subscription
How to manage the subscription in the Play Store:
- Go to Play Store on your phone
- Tap your account
- Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Find the product you purchased then you can manage the subscription
If you can't see your subscription in it, make sure you're signed in with the correct Google account.
When you start your subscription via the AirDroid Official Website, you can also manage your subscription with it. You can:
- See the Subscribe data
- See when your subscription will renew automatically
- Cancel your subscription
Go to the AirDroid Official Website, and log in to your account > Manage Product(s) > choose corresponding product then you can check and manage your subscription. If you do not see the subscription, please make sure you have logged in to the correct AirDroid account and chosen the correct product.
