As for Rooted devices, you need to grant permission from the Root permission management app.
NOTE: DO NOT USE one-click root management apps (ie. KingRoot, KingoRoot), otherwise it MAY RISK your device to turn brick or encounter unknown issue. (ie. your device will be recognized as Non-rooted.)
From our customers' experience, it is recommended to use Super SU or Magisk since these are relatively mature solutions online compared with one-click root management apps.
There are 2 WAYS to grant the root permission from the device:
Tips：after upgrading/re-installing, un-checked.
Go to AirDroid Business desktop client > select your rooted online devices (with a battery icon) > click on Remote Control.
Tips: If your rooted device is shown as Offline on AirDroid Business desktop client, please check if Biz Daemon is running on background AND check the internet connection of your rooted devices.
