1. Make Sure the Device’s Network is Normal
Open Biz Daemon App, find Server Connection Status to check the Server Connection Status.
2. Turn off the Power Saving Mode and Keep Enough Battery
For Android 6.0+, switch on Ignore Battery Optimization on Biz Daemon to keep the process stay.
For Android 6.0 below, go to Settings > Battery > Power Saving Mode > Turn off
E.g: For the MIUI system: Go to Settings > Power & Performance > Power Save Optimization > Power Save Mode > Apply Smart Power Save > Select Biz Daemon > Select Unlimited
Or: Go to Settings > Power & Performance > Manage apps’ battery usage > Choose apps > Biz Daemon > No restrictions
3. Keep Wi-Fi (WLAN) Always on during sleep
Open Settings > Click on Wi-Fi > click on the ⋮ / gear icon > Advanced > select Always on Keep Wi-Fi / WLAN on during sleep.
4. Allowlist Biz Daemon or App Manager Tools
Some systems may kill the Biz Daemon process after a long period of inactivity, or after running a memory cleanup feature. Adding Biz Daemon into the allowlist can keep it always running in the background.
E.g: For Huawei device: Open Phone Manager > click Launch > select Biz Daemon > enable all options under.
5. Allow Biz Daemon to Auto-Start / Auto-Run / Auto-Launch on your device
For Samsung device: Go to Settings > Smart Manager > RAM > Autorun apps > Select Biz Daemon to autorun.
Or: Go to Settings > Device Maintenance > Battery > Unmonitored apps > Add Apps > Select Biz Daemon to keep it running in the background.
For Huawei device: Open Phone Manager > Click Phone saving > Detailed power info > Click Biz Daemon > turn on App auto-launch and Keep running after screen off.
For Xiaomi device: Open Settings > Permission > Autostart > check Biz Daemon to autostart.
6. 3 Ways to Keep the Device’s screen Always-On and Never Locked
Option 1: Open Settings > Screen > select On to keep the screen always on
Option 2: Open Settings > Find Lock Screen and Password > Set Auto-Lock Screen to Never
Option 3: Open Settings on your device > Display & Brightness > select Auto-Lock / Sleep > select Never

9. Other Settings for Remote Control on Xiaomi & Vivo Devices
For Xiaomi devices: Enable USB debugging and USB Debugging (Security Settings) in the developer options.
For Vivo devices: Enable USB debugging and USB Simulated Input in the developer options.
If you use Xiaomi or Vivo devices, these options MUST BE ENABLED to remote control your devices.
For Android 8.0+: Enable 'Allow ADB debugging in charge only mode' in the developer options.
If you manage unattended devices via AirDroid Business, it is necessary to complete all the above settings.
