After completing the banding steps, please finish the basic setup below to improve the connection of your devices.
1. Make sure the device’s network is normal.
Open AirDroid Business Daemon App, find [Server Connection Status] to check the Server Connection Status.
2. Turn off the Power Saving Mode and keep enough battery
For Android 6.0 above, click [Ignore Battery Optimization] on AirDroid Business Daemon to turn off the Power Saving Mode.
For Android 6.0 below, Device’s Setting > Battery > Power Saving Mode > Turn off
E.g: For the MIUI system: Device’s Setting > Power & Performance > Power Save Optimization > Power Save Mode > Apply Smart Power Save > Select AirDroid Business Daemon > Select Unlimited
Or: Device’s Setting > Power & Performance > Manage apps’ battery usage > Choose apps > AirDroid Business Daemon > No restrictions.
3. Keep WLAN Always on during sleep
Open Device’s Setting > WLAN > Advanced Settings > Keep WLAN on during sleep > Select Always.
4. Adding AirDroid Business Daemon into the whitelist of Memory Cleanup or App Manager Tools.
Biz Daemon process may be killed by some systems after a long period of inactivity, or after running a memory cleanup feature. Adding AirDroid Business Daemon into the whitelist to keep it always running on the background.
E.g: For Huawei device: Open Phone Manager > Click Cleanup > Settings > Memory cleanup whitelist > Select AirDroid Business Daemon to make sure it wouldn’t be cleaned out.
5. Allow AirDroid Business Daemon to Auto-Start / Auto-Run / Auto-Lunch on your device.
For Samsung device: Open Device’s Settings > Smart Manager > RAM > Auto run apps > Select AirDroid Business Daemon to auto run.
For Huawei device: Open Phone Manager > Click Phone saving > Detailed power info > Click Biz Daemon AirDroid Business Daemon > turn on App auto-launch and Keep running after screen off.
For Xiaomi device: Open Device’s Setting > Permission > Autostart, and check AirDroid Business Daemon to autostart.
6. Keep the device’s screen always on and never locked
Open Device’s Settings > Screen > select On to keep the screen always on
Open Device’s Settings > Find Lock Screen and Password > Set Auto-Lock Screen to "Never"
7. Keep enough memory to running AirDroid Business Daemon.
Kill some inactive application processes from the background to keep enough memory to running AirDroid Business Daemon.
8. Lock AirDroid Business Daemon on the Task Manager/Recent Apps tray
Lock AirDroid Business Daemon on the Task Manager/Recent Apps tray can prevent that the process of Biz Daemon be killed by the system.
9. Some special settings for remote control in some special systems and devices.
For xiaomi devices: Enable USB debugging and USB Debugging (Security Settings) in the developer options.
For vivo devices: Enable USB debugging and USB Simulated Input in the developer options.
If you are using xiaomi or vivo devices, and these options above do not be enabled, you will not able to remote control (click) the device screen.
For Android 8.0+: Enable 'Allow ADB debugging in charge only mode' in the developer options.
If you are going to manage unattended devices via AirDroid Business, complete all the setting above is necessary, which can help you to manage your devices better.
