If you registered for a new AirDroid Personal account/change your Email/reset your password but did not receive a verification or reset email from us within a few minutes, these steps can help.
1. Search for the email
You can use the keyword "AirDroid" to quickly search for it. Sometimes the emails are blocked or filtered as spam by certain email providers or internet service providers (ISPs), so take a look in your spam, junk, or bulk folders.
NOTE:
- If there are no spam, junk, or bulk folders in your Email client, please go to the webmail and have a check.
- If you are using the Hotmail mailbox, you may not find our related mails in the mailbox directly due to the special design. Would you please try to tap on Others Page to find the mail?
2. Make sure you've entered the correct email and checked the correct email account.
You may have misspelled your email address while signing up, or you're checking the incorrect email account. Please re-enter your email address and re-send the verification or reset the email.
