To delete your files on various remote devices, please use the AirDroid Business Desktop Client.
Steps:
1. Go to the desktop client, select Bulk File> click on Bulk Delete > click Create Bulk Delete
2. Click on Add > there are 3 WAYS to erase your files:
Online Devices: select your device and the files, see steps 2.1.
Bulk Task: select your recent sent files, see steps 2.2.
Files saved location: enter the files destination manually, see steps 2.3.
(*We recommend using Online Devices for first-time users)
2.1 If you chose Online Devices, select your Online Device and click Next to proceed.
Select the file you want to erase and click OK to proceed to step 3.
2.2 If you chose Bulk Task, select your recent Bulk Task and click OK to proceed to step 3.
2.3 If you chose File saved location, enter the file path and click OK to proceed to step 3.
Note: If your file path is a folder, you could either choose to delete all files and folders under the selected folder or delete files and folders including the selected folder.
3. You will see the file name you want to erase. Select the devices with the files you want to delete and click Next to proceed.
Confirm the file you want to delete and click Start Delete.
You should see the status of the bulk delete and the screenshot below is shown as the completion of the process.
Tips: If you encounter any issue while deleting your files, click on the task and view the status. Then, try another method to delete your files.
