Have you encountered any issue while using AirDroid Business? Issues that cannot be solved by adjusting settings on your own, let us step in and help.
Please submit the log from the corresponding device ends for us to analyze the problem.
Here are some steps to submit your log to us:
For the PC Controller, AirDroid Business Desktop Client
1. Go to desktop client > click on Home > click on "Send us your questions or suggestions"
For Windows users, if you are unable to log in to the desktop client:
You can right-click the AirDroid Business icon on the bottom right corner and tap on Feedback | Logs.
2. Briefly describe your case, please also select "Bug Report" and affected device.
Then, click on “Attach logs” to submit the feedback with logs.
* If you are trying to report a bug, do not forget to select "Report BUG" in the type so that you can attach the log to us.
For the Controlled Device, AirDroid Business Daemon
There are 2 methods to submit feedbacks and logs:
Method 1 - For devices that are on the field
Please use Remote Control to access your device and submit feedback from the device end.
Method 2 - For devices that are next to you or someone operates from the device
Please refers to the following steps to submit feedback.
1. Open AirDroid Business Daemon > click on the 3-dots icon > Feedback
2. Under Feedback, please enter your information and briefly describe your case > checked Attach Error logs > Submit
If you are unable to access your device, try this alternative:
The purpose of this method is to try to "wake up" your devices via Files (File Transfer).
1. Open AirDroid Business Desktop Client (PC) > tap on the affected devices > use Files to access the device.
2. If you can use Files to remote access the internal memory of your device, please use Files to extract the log files from the following paths:
File Path 1: /sdcard/Android/data/com.sand.airdroidbiz/
File Path 2: /sdcard/AirDroidBiz/
3. After that, please compress both folders into a ZIP file and attached it via our ticketing system or biz-support@airdroid.com.
For the mobile controller, AirDroid Business
1. Open AirDroid Business > click on the 3-dots icon > Feedback
If you are logged in, please tap on the gear icon > Feedback
2. Under Feedback, please enter your information and briefly describe your case > checked Attach Error logs > Submit
