- Make sure your device is running Android OS 4.0+, and you can receive the related notification on your phone first.
- Ensure you have enabled the AirDroid Personal notification mirror service on your phone and Create a test notification to see if it works (How to enable Desktop Notification?)
- Make sure you didn't disable desktop notifications or block apps' notifications (How to disable or block apps' notifications mirror to your computer?)
