There are multiple places where you can find and use the View Mode:
1. From Admin Console, you can find View Mode by clicking the device on Screenshot and/or Camera templates and choosing Remote Operation.
2. Or you can use the Device List to find the device, and open the View Mode from the remote operation option.
3. If you want to perform more remote actions when viewing, the View Mode in the Desktop Client will be a better choice.
The functions on the View Mode work the same as the functions provided on the Remote Control. Please refer to the article if you are unsure what a function icon represents.
