NOTE: When someone sends a connection request to you, please notice NOT every requester is trustable.
Useful Tips for Remote Support:
1. Be caution of the connection request: If it was from a personal user, check if the mail address is correct. If the request was from a company, check if you have contacted them before.
2. PAUSE Screen Sharing when it involves sensitive information: During Screen Sharing, it will display the information on your phone to the other parties.
If you input any sensitive content such as password, bank account, and personal information, you SHOULD PAUSE Screen Sharing.
3. DO NOT accept any unknown requests: you should be cautious when someone wants you to reveal your personal information.
4. NEVER REVEAL your personal privacy and banking information during the connection.
