Dashboard:
1. You can see the Usage of your support time, and you can set a time period to generate a graphic of the usage summary.
2. From here, you can also see the individual employee usage, and if you click on the name of an employee, you can see the connection log of the employee.
Seat:
1. You can see the number of your purchased/invited seats and manage the existing Employee on this page.
2. On this page, you can invite employees directly via email or invite an existing member from your AirDroid Business if you have access to AirDroid Business.
Logs:
On this page, you can see the complete logs of Remote Support. You can select the designated time period to combine with the filter to see the record you need.
