For Ultimate and Enterprise users, the Add app process can be found in your AirDroid Business Admin Console under Customized List.
This feature allows you to monitor the status of a specific application on your device, so you can quickly identify when an application ceased to operate.
Special Notes: This feature is available for devices below Android 7.
To use this feature, please refers to the following:
1. Go to Admin Console > Devices > Dashboard > Details > Customized Lists > Add app Process > upload the application you want to monitor.
2. After that, you will see if your application is running on your devices.
