Here are some tips to keep Biz Daemon running in the background and it can prevent your Samsung device to appear offline.
Disable battery optimization on Biz Daemon (Android 6 - 10)
Open AirDroid Business Daemon > tap on Ignore battery optimizations > Get permissions and tap Allow to stop optimizing battery usage.
Developer options
To enable Developer options, please refer to the manufacturer manual
Go to Settings > Developer options > Limit Background process > tap Standard limit
For different versions of Android on Samsung, we have categorized the tips' steps and screenshots according to the version for you:
For Android 8 or below, please refer to the following settings:
Adjust the Power Saving mode
For Galaxy S4 and below: Go to Settings > My device > Turn off Power saving mode
For Galaxy S6 and above: Go to Settings > search Smart Manager > Battery > Details
After that, tap on Biz Daemon under App power saving > Tap on Disabled
Keep WLAN on during hibernation
For Galaxy S4 and below: Go to Settings > WLAN > More > Advanced > Allow always keeping WLAN on during sleep
For Galaxy S6 and above: Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > More > Click keep Wi-Fi on during sleep
Set Biz Daemon as an Auto-run app
Open Smart Manager > Auto-run apps > enable Biz Daemon
For Android 9 and 10, please refer to the following:
Select Not optimized for Biz Daemon
Go to Settings > Search Apps > select Biz Daemon > tap on Battery
After that, tap on the arrow icon and select All > tap on Biz Daemon to disable Optimize battery usage > you will see Not Optimized as in the screenshot.
Lock Biz Daemon on the recent page
Tap on the Recent button (The icon may vary depending on the OS version) > long-press Biz Daemon icon > tap on Lock this app > you will see a Lock icon on Biz Daemon.
Disable Auto optimization
Go back to Settings > search "device care" > tap on 3-dot icon
After that, tap on Auto optimization > turn off Auto optimization.

If Mobile Data is applicable
Settings > Apps > Biz Daemon > Mobile Data > Enable Allow background data usage and Allow data usage while Data saver is on
Allow background activity & Put Biz Daemon to Never Sleeping apps
Go to Settings > Apps > Biz Daemon > Battery > make sure Allow background activity and Optimizing battery usage are enabled
If Optimize battery usage shows Not optimized and Allow background activity is greyed out, please tap on Optimize battery usage and select All, then enable it for Biz Daemon.
Go back to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Background usage limits > disable Put unused apps to sleep > Never Sleeping Apps > Add Biz Daemon
Lock Biz Daemon on the recent page
Tap on the Recent button (The icon may vary depending on the OS version) > long-press Biz Daemon icon > tap on Lock this app > you will see a Lock icon on Biz Daemon.
