To start the Remote Support on AirDroid Business, the 9-digit Connection Code is needed.
However, there is no need to type in the connection code every time. You can save the code and name the devices. It allows you to make easy access to remote support at all times!
1. Go to Desktop Client > Remote Support > Click icon for the connection history.
2. Click the pencil icon to rename the devices instead of showing the 9-digit connection code.
