From time to time, your phone with the authenticator might be lost, broken, or for whatever reason that you are not able to access the phone with the authenticator. In this case, you will need to re-bind the 2-Step Verification to your new device.
If you are not able to access the authenticator, please use the Backup Security Code you get when you set up the 2-Step Verification.
Reminder, once you start the re-bind process, you will have to complete it before you can reaccess the Admin Console.
After you log into the Admin Console, please follow the step below:
1. Click the cog icon on the top right>2-Step Verification
2. Click Re-bind and insert your account password.
3. After the password verification, please follow the instruction shown up on the page. The steps are just like setting up the 2-Step Verification for the first time.
