If you forgot the password of your AirDroid Personal account, please follow the steps below to reset your password:
- Click here to open the reset password page
- Enter your Email, and click on Next
- Open your Email and click the URL to set a new password.
Note: If you can not find the reset password confirmation mail, please check it in your spam mail first. If you still can not find the mail there, please add no-reply@airdroid.com to allowlist and resend the confirmation mail again.
If you want to change your password, please follow the steps below:
- Click here to sign in to the user center
- Click Change Password on the right side
- Enter your current password and a new password
- Click on Save
Note: All the devices under your account will be signed out after the password be changed. You should sign in to your account with the new password on all your devices to rebuild the connection.
