How to Delete/Close AirDroid Account?

Before you begin: Deleting your account is permanent. Make sure to back up any data you want to keep and cancel any active subscriptions before proceeding.

Steps to delete your account:

1. Sign in to your AirDroid account on the AirDroid User Center. (If you don't  know or forget the password of your AirDroid account, here can you know how to reset it:How to reset/change password of AirDroid Account?)
2. Click the More Options icon (⋯) in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Click Delete Account.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.

Note: Once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered. You may register a new account using the same email address, but any previous data will not be restored.
