1、从屏幕底部上划打开控制中心。
2、长按屏幕录制按钮 （注意：长按，不是点击）

返回桌面，打开“设置”>“控制中心”，点击“自定控制”，找到“屏幕录制”并点击
3、在弹出的菜单选中RemoteSupport，并点击开始直播
4、返回RemoteSupport
