If you fail to receive notifications on your computer with AirDroid Personal, please troubleshooting follow the below steps:
Step 1:
- Make sure your device is running Android OS 4.0+, and you can receive the related notification on your phone first.
Step 2:
- Ensure you have enabled the AirDroid Personal notification mirror service on your phone, and Create a test notification to see if it works (How to enable Desktop Notification?)
Step 3:
- Make sure you didn't disable desktop notifications or block apps' notifications (How to disable or block apps' notifications mirror to your computer?)
Other special cases：
For some Xiaomi devices, you won't receive desktop notifications if you do not turn on Floating notifications option. Even if you create a test notification, it won't work.
In this case, please go to the system settings of your phone > Apps, find AirDroid. Go to Notifications.
You will see "Floating notifications" in the center of the page. If you only turn on this option, the notification feature won't work well.
You should swipe down the page and find "General", turn on the "Floating notifications" option in it.
