While setting up Supervision Mode, your child’s iOS device may display “configuration failed” (black screen). You may also find that AirDroid Parental Connector reports that Supervision Mode was enabled successfully, but the AirDroid Kids app on your child’s device still prompts you to enable it.
In either case, Lockdown Mode may be enabled on your child’s device, preventing Supervision Mode from being set up properly. Turn off Lockdown Mode on the child’s device, then try enabling Supervision Mode again.
