How to remote control Android device from a computer with AirDroid Personal?

You can remote control Android devices via the remote control feature of AirDroid Personal. Even the Android device is far away from you.

You can use the remote control feature to:

  • Focus on your computer screen, enhance work efficiency
  • Playing mobile games on the computer
  • Remotely access an unattended Android device

How to control Android devices from a computer through the AirDroid Personal Desktop Client?

On your Android Devices (you want to control):

1. Download the AirDroid Personal App from Google Play or the AirDroid official website.

2. Launch the AirDroid Personal App and sign in to your AirDroid account

3. Follow the instruction to complete the permission authority (if you have done this before, the instruction will not display.)

NOTE:

On your Computer:

You can use AirDroid Personal Desktop Client or AirDroid Web Client to Control your Android devices from your computer, check out details below:

Use AirDroid Desktop Client to control the Android device remotely

1. Download AirDroid Desktop Client from AirDroid official website

2. Sign in with your AirDroid account (the same one that sign-in on your Android device)

3. Click the Telescope icon (the third icon on the left menu bar)

4. Select the phone that you want to control remotely

5. Click the Remote Control button to establish the connection

NOTE:

If you got the message "The add-on is not installed, failed to proceed with remote control", please select a method below to Enable remote control of your Android devices:

4. Once the Remote Control session is started, the Android device's screen will be mirrored to your computer, and you can use the keyboard and mouse to control it.

Use AirDroid Web Client to control the Android device remotely

1. Visit AirDroid Web (web.airdroid.com) through a browser (Chrome is recommended)

2. Sign in with your AirDroid account (the same one that sign-in on your Android device)

3. Click the Control icon to initiate a Remote Control connection

NOTE:

If you got the message "Failed to remote control...", please select a method below to Enable remote control of your Android devices:

4. Once the Remote Control session is started, the Android device's screen will be mirrored to your browser, and you can remotely control your Android device on the browser directly
