If you have a stable network, and everything works smoothly except AirDroid Personal, please try AirDroid remote connection diagnostic tool to check the connection status and report it to us for a further check.
Here is how:
- Open AirDroid Personal app on your device
- Tap Me > Help
- Tap the Connection Diagnostic Tool icon on the top right corner.
- Tap Start Test. We will run a test for you. Try the next step if you have got the result showing “Everything is all right” but still have a problem connecting AirDroid Personal.
- Tap Resign Url and try to reconnect.
- If all of the above steps don't help, tap Show Info > Report to report your device and network info to the AirDroid Personal Team, and we will take care of it and get back to you asap!
